Stand Up Paddle Board SUP

Paddleboarding is suitable for all fitness levels (although good balance comes in handy!) and is an awesome way to explore the stunning Sussex countryside. Our base on the river Adur is an ideal venue to get to grips with stand up paddling as the waters are calm and the views are fantastic.

Board hire starts from as little as £25, the hire includes a Stand Up Paddleboard, a paddle, buyoancy aid and helmet. We are happy to give you a few tips to get you started. A safety briefing is provided to you before you enter the water.
